Alcoholwetontheffing artikel 35 Artikel 35 Alcoholwet – Ontheffing De burgemeester maakt bekend dat zij op grond van artikel 35 van de Alcoholwet een ontheffing heeft verleend voor het verstrekken van zwak-alcoholhoudende dranken tijdens het evenement: - Kerstmarkt. Dit evenement vindt plaats op eigen terrein (achtertuin Berkenhof) aan de Terracottastraat 1 in Rijswijk op vrijdag 18 december 2026 van 17:00 tot 19:30uur. De ontheffing is verleend op 27 oktober 2026 en op dezelfde datum verstuurd.
