Vanaf 31 augustus 2026 kunnen organisaties en instellingen via een digitaal portaal een ontheffing aanvragen om tijdens de afsluiting door de Westerscheldetunnel te mogen rijden. Het aanvragen van ontheffingen gebeurt in verschillende fases. De eerste aanvraagperiode loopt tot en met 20 september 2026.
