In 4 grote woonflats voor ouderen in Gouda gaat een flatcoach aan de slag. In de Prinsessenflats en de Leckenborch belt de flatcoach regelmatig bij bewoners aan voor een praatje. Zo kan zij zien hoe het met mensen gaat en of zij misschien extra ondersteuning nodig hebben.
