De gemeenteraad heeft besloten de exploitatievergunning voor horeca opnieuw in te voeren. Vanaf 1 oktober 2026 geldt de vergunningplicht weer voor nieuwe horecaondernemers. Voor bestaande horecazaken geldt een overgangsregeling.
